1Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use q789, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. q789 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
- You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — corporate or group accounts are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account, including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of q789 or any of its technology or payment partners.
- You confirm that you are acting freely and of your own accord, and that gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
q789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
During registration, you will be asked to create a unique username and a strong password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. q789 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
2Account Responsibilities
Once your q789 account is active, the following responsibilities apply to you at all times:
- One account only: You may not register or operate more than one account. If duplicate accounts are discovered, q789 will close all but one account. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided and withdrawals may be withheld pending review.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately. q789 is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials.
- Accurate information: All personal details must remain accurate throughout your account's lifetime. Update your details promptly if anything changes. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.
- No account sharing: Your account is for your personal use only. Allowing a third party to use or operate your account — whether for deposits, play or withdrawals — is not permitted.
- Inactive accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period without any login or transaction may be subject to an inactivity fee or archiving, as communicated by the platform at the time.
If you need to close your account voluntarily, contact the q789 support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered PKR payment method before the account is closed.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on q789 are processed in PKR. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:
- Supported deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets as listed on the Deposits page at the time of transaction.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is stated on the Deposits page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account.
- Deposit processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. q789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
- Withdrawal timing: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed promptly. Bank transfers are subject to standard banking hours and may take one to three business days.
- Verification before withdrawal: q789 may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing complete verification documents promptly will help avoid delays.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account tier.
q789 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure.
Deposits made in error — such as double deposits or payments sent to incorrect accounts — must be reported to support as soon as possible. q789 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such issues but cannot guarantee recovery of funds processed through third-party payment systems.
4Bonuses and Promotions
q789 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual offer:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer details before you choose to accept.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live Casino games, Sports Betting and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period from the time of activation. Bonuses not used or wagering not completed within this period will be removed from your account.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or round applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus balance is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the requirements on the current one may result in the original bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus abuse: q789 monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering on low-margin games specifically to meet requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or withdrawing without genuine gameplay. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.
- Welcome bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per player, per household and per IP address. Players who have previously held an account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
Bonus terms may differ during special promotional periods such as PSL season, T20 tournaments or platform anniversary events. Always check the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in.
5Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games on q789 — including Slots, Live Casino tables, Sports Betting markets and any other game type — are governed by the following gameplay conditions:
- Game results: The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by the physical outcome of the live game. q789 does not influence game results in any direction.

- Responsible use of the platform: Players must use the platform for genuine entertainment purposes. Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any external tool to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
6VIP Programme Terms
The q789 VIP programme rewards loyal and active players with exclusive benefits. The following terms govern your participation in the VIP programme:
- VIP tier progression is based on your real-money wagering activity over a rolling period. Bonus wagering does not contribute to VIP status calculations.
- Benefits associated with each VIP tier — including higher withdrawal limits, dedicated account management, cashback rates and exclusive promotions — are at the discretion of q789 and may be updated from time to time.
- VIP status is not permanent. If your wagering activity falls below the required threshold for your current tier over the review period, you may be downgraded to a lower tier.

- q789 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme at its discretion if there is evidence of breach of these Terms, abuse of VIP benefits, or any other conduct deemed contrary to the spirit of the programme.

7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on q789 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account, including under different names, email addresses or device identities.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name, including cards or wallets belonging to a third party.
- Attempting to launder funds through deposits, play and withdrawals.
- Using automated software, bots, AI tools or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
- Exploiting software glitches, errors or malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings arising from such exploitation are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour towards q789 staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit consent.
Where prohibited activity results in financial loss to q789 or other players, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of those losses through all available legal means.

- Account inactivity beyond the period specified in the inactivity policy.
- Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, q789 may withhold any pending bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered PKR payment method after all relevant checks have been completed, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or fraud investigation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Verified real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal before closure is confirmed.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q789's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the net real-money deposits you have made to your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- q789 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- q789 is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers.
- q789 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify active players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
